  • Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors in college.

  • Students who are eager to learn and grow.

Content of course:

  • Students will learn about the components of leadership and best leadership practices.

  • Students will discover their God given purpose for life.  

  • Students will develop leadership skills through leading.  

  • Students will grow spiritually through one-on-one discipleship.

Commitment: 4 hrs/Week

  • 2hr group training each week (Leadership Academy).

  • 1hr individual meeting with a mentor every 1-2 weeks. 

  • 1hr reading/prep.

  • Regular quiet times with God

pay:

$500/semester stipend paid out monthly. 

florida trip:

Leadership Academy students get to go on a FREE trip to Daytona Beach, Florida a week after the semester ends. This trip includes other Wesley leaders and is a chance to celebrate completion of the course and the ministry year at Wesley. It is also a chance to dream together about the next year at Wesley. The trip includes lots of beach time, mini-golf, St. Augustine trip, and time in mission serving people in need in the community.
